Moorish Governments: Infrastructure To Enact Law & Order – 100 Facts Slanderers Won’t Acknowledge

NOTE: This article contains links to access information that give context to the various subject matters.

Love it or hate it, Moorish governments seem to be a hot topic nowadays. It’s come to my attention that certain Moors have recently alleged that “we don’t have the infrastructure to enact law and order.” They continued by asserting “we have no judges nor branches of government to facilitate our domestic needs.” This comes from the same Moors who falsely accused me of slander, who have since been avoiding accountability, and who have been oddly quiet after another Moor actually did the deed they’ve accused me of. Nevertheless, these new false assertions about Moorish governments have not gone unnoticed by the Moors who have been observing and/or actively participating in the establishment of Moorish States.

Rise of the Moors lying about Moorish Governments

Honors to the noble Moor who brought this matter to my attention. In this article, I’ll address the concerns raised to clear up the confusion being spread by Rise of the Moors (ROTM) about our capacity to govern. First and foremost, I’ll start by saying that both Jamhal and Julisa of ROTM are aware of the fact that Moors have been laying the foundation of the road to Statehood. How do I know? Well, for one, Jamhal quietly read portions of it in the same video where he falsely accused me of slander. Secondly, both they and their close affiliates have been members of certain Telegram groups in which I’ve been sharing AMPAC Study Session videos since 2021.

I personally find it interesting that instead of returning to the Interim Special Committee (ISC) and galvanizing enough Moors to follow suit so that quorum could be met like I suggested, the ROTM founder would rather complain on Instagram about not having infrastructure. Insert sarcasm here.

Simplifying The Concept Of “Infrastructure To Enact Law and Order”

It’s no secret that there’s a literacy problem in the Moorish community. However, Moors who know how to read can easily see that the assertion “we don’t have the infrastructure to enact law and order” is subjective. It is 100% based on the claimants’ opinions and lack of knowledge, not grounded in fact nor reality. While some Moors seem to think that we need hundreds of people to have a government, luxurious capitol buildings to enact laws, and fancy police cars to enforce said laws, those of us who have been studying international law and history know that this notion is steeped in the realm of frivolity.

Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t take much to build an infrastructure to enact law and order. For example, the Mayflower Compact was a simple one paragraph document signed by 41 European men who agreed to organize a jural society and establish their own government to which they vowed submission and obedience (i.e. allegiance) – something Moors have difficulty with since they openly violate the Prophet’s laws and attempt to avoid accountability. Take note that the colonizers did not yet have physical control (possession) of the territory nor had an official government, yet they effectively enacted law and order.

This day before we came to harbor, observing some not well affected to unity and concord, but gave some appearance of faction, it was thought good there should be an association and agreement that we should combine together in one body, and to submit to such government and governors as we should by common consent agree to make and choose…

Government by common consent of the people is something that can be done by any group of Moors to establish their own infrastructure to enact law and order in their territory. As I’ve mentioned in previous articles, all across the various trust territories, Moors are coming together to do exactly that by drafting their Constitution (their own compact) and following the necessary steps to establish a State in accordance with modern international law. If your territory does not yet have the infrastructure to enact law and order, then there are various resources to help you create that which you lack. Contact me to learn more.

You Can’t Have Your Cake And Eat It Too, Moors

The problem appears to be that Moors want to govern the citizens of the United States while also claiming they themselves are not citizens, but foreign nationals. I don’t mean to burst your bubble, but it doesn’t work like that at present. As shown in the Pathways to Earthly Salvation diagram, it will be the Moorish Americans who have pledged their allegiance to the United States of America (i.e. American citizens) who will inherit the governance of said nation when the Europeans return home. The Moors who were led down the road of the destructionists by incompetent leaders, have effectively made themselves stateless by denouncing their citizenship – depriving themselves of the right of inheritance when that fateful day comes.

So, if the European “colonists left today”, every authorized Moorish Science Temple of Americathat should have been learning how to run government – will inherit the existing infrastructure and continue to operate the government of the United States of America. However, if said Moors are not prepared to inherit, no worries. There are other Asiatics who will gladly do it instead. On the other side of the stage are the noble Moors who have been establishing Moorish States in the jurisdiction of the Empire of Morocco – currently separate and distinct, with their own infrastructure to enact law and order for their nationals.

In time, these Moorish governments will collectively restore the Empire back to full life. In doing so, the balance of power on the international stage will be restored and the United States of America (perhaps under the governance of Moorish Americans by then) will fall under the jurisdiction of the Empire when the two pathways reunite at the same destination. When these Moorish States have reached the point of economic liberty without any inequality, then they can not only enact, but also enforce law and order for all inhabitants of their territories regardless of political allegiance. More on these States later in the article.

Early Attempts To Establish Moorish Governments

As we all know, Prophet Noble Drew Ali recognized the importance of teaching the Moors civics well over a century ago. From the time he started his great mission in 1913, up until 1928 when the Moorish Science Temple of America (MSTA) was legally changed to a religious organization, Noble Drew Ali founded and operated civic organizations with the intent of bringing Moors back into the constitutional fold of government. Since the death of the Prophet in 1929 and the subsequent division of the MSTA, Moors seemingly forgot about our need to learn how to run a government.

I’m going to leave the European here just long enough to teach you how to run a government.

Moorish Governments - Structure Based On The Rudder And Sextant

Fast forward to the 1980s when many of the third and fourth generations (including myself) returned in human flesh to fulfill our destiny, the elders at the time reignited the torch of government by drafting the Moorish Rudder and Sextant – a detailed blueprint for the establishment and general function of Moorish Governments. In the decades following, there have been several attempts by Moors to pick up that torch and institute said governments with varying degrees of success and failure.

Here are just a few.

Unfortunately, most of these early body politics were established on the basis of flawed concepts. The most glaring issue of which is that all of them, with the exception of Amexem Moor Empire, were claiming to be “Moorish Americans” while simultaneously saying they are either independent from the United States or part and parcel thereof without any official recognition or authorization*. Think back on when Noble Drew Ali said “I had to go around my elbow to get to my thumb to get what I wanted established in this government.” Can you see the flaw now? I’ll save further explanation of this for a future article.

*No worries, I’m patiently awaiting the AA222141 crowd to say “but it was filed with the Library of Congress!”

Hakim Bey, author of “The Journal of the Moorish Paradigm” book series and one of the Moors who’s been dubbed as a “Moorvenger” by VHS scholar Kudjo El, called for Moors to establish our own governments many years ago. In the video clip below, which I’ve edited to include a transcript of what he’s saying, he explains the basic procedure of how we can form Moorish governments based on the Rudder and Sextant.

In addition to expounding on the diagram of Moorish governmental structure, even I have articulated the top 3 priorities of Moors seeking Statehood. Speaking of which…

Moorish State Governments Exist Whether You Acknowledge It Or Not

The claim that “we have no judges nor branches of government to facilitate our domestic needs” is equally subjective and fallacious as the first assertion. Regardless of the intent behind these claims, evidence that Moors have been establishing their branches of government to facilitate our domestic needs can be easily found if one would simply do their due diligence and research. Then again, perhaps the person(s) who wrote that statement was speaking about themselves and their own organization. In that case, they’d be correct in that ROTM does not have no judges nor branches of government.

At the top of this post are several flags of Moorish governments that have successfully picked up the torch in accordance with international law and who are at their varying stages of advancement. The first two, as some readers may already know, are AMPAC and AMPAG respectively. AMPAC, established on February 28, 2021 – which just so happen to be around the same time that ROTM and others were trying to establish a Moorish Constitutional Convention – has been teaching Moors the principles of international law and treaties with a focus on the importance of Statehood. AMPAG, established on May 29, 2022, has been doing the same work.

Both governments have been providing a sort of hands-on assistance to Moors in different trust territories who desire to establish their own Moorish governments. These duties have since been delegated to the Trusteeship Council of the Wazir Regional Council (WRC) – an intergovernmental organization formed by a multilateral agreement between several Moorish States. Sadly, both AMPAC and AMPAG – among other States – have been maliciously slandered by Kudjo Adwo El of Canaanland Moors, who just so happen to have (or at least had) close ties with Jamhal Talib Abdullah Bey of Rise of the Moors. Regardless, as I always say, the work continues.

There are numerous bodies of Moors who are in the process of establishing their State governments across the various trust territories. Below is a list of just a few that have checked the applicable boxes to properly establish a Moorish State government in accordance with the customary norms of international law. All of them have judges and branches of government to facilitate the domestic needs of their nationals. Moors are encouraged to do their research and read the constitutions of these Moorish governments.

*Honorary mention. Though identified as Maroons, they are recognized by this author as a Moorish State.

I’ve personally been assisting the Moors seeking Statehood by designing their government seals, flags, state identification cards, and websites. Those who are serious about decolonization and government can review the services page to see what I can do to help their cause. In addition, I’m currently working on a project to provide valuable information, resources and more for the benefit of Moorish States and the nationals thereof.

NOTE: Moors who slandered me without reconciling will be expected to pay a 50% Dirty Moor Tax. 😏

If your Brother does something wrong to you, don’t call him a “nigger.” Call him a dirty Moor.

Moors are encouraged to put in their 100 hours of AMPAC Study Session to truly get a grasp on why Statehood is so important for those who do not wish to be under the yoke of the United States or other colonial governments. Otherwise, you’re advised to find a legitimate MSTA temple and be patient. Following package sellers and VHS scholars is detrimental to your freedom, health, and life.

So instead of putting yourself in a situation where you’ll inevitably end up paying the colonizers thousands of dollars in bail, how about you proactively use your finances to uplift YOUR nation? Why not come together with the Moors in your territory to build the infrastructure to enact YOUR law and order? Why not establish a Moorish State government that can lawfully enforce the Treaty of Peace and Friendship (1836)? Afterall, the WRC is here to help all Moors on the road to Statehood… for FREE!
